ダウンロード、解凍した日本語化ファイルを実行ファイルと同じディレクトに配置し、実行ファイルと 『同じファイル名.jp』 とする。
※実行ファイル名は、winnscpXXX.exe となっているので WinSCPXXX.jp とする。（XXX はバージョン）
